Vacation has officially started! Destination: Miami. Location right now: Ft. Lauderdale. I flew in today, a day before the rest of the girls and boys, a night alone in Ft. Lauderdale to enjoy the place by myself. You should never be weirded out traveling or dining alone, you really have to embrace it every now and then!
I sit here by the candle light completely drowning in this Frank Sinatra type singer’s songs, a glass of delicious red wine in hand, mouth-watering food in front of me, and nothing but pure joy to be able to eat alone and really soak this place in. No conversation to distract me. No handsome date to take my eyes off the beauty of this place. Just me, the food, and the ambiance. I don’t think I could ask for anything more right now.
